Contact Us

We welcome any enquiries from parents and carers, prospective families and members of our wider community. Mrs Delaney and Miss Starkey are often the first people you will speak to, but Dr Smith (our Principal) is always happy to speak too.

Visiting us

Our school site is located on Erasmus Street, which is about five minutes’ walk from Pimlico Station (on the Victoria line) and the bus stops on Vauxhall Bridge Road. Our school office is open from 7.45am to 4.30pm. While we always give visitors a warm welcome, you are advised to contact us in advance if you are travelling from further afield.

We hold school tours for prospective families on Tuesday mornings at 9.15am. As these can be popular, we do encourage you to telephone or email us in advance if you intend to come. We are always happy to arrange tours at other times if that time is inconvenient or if you would like the chance to speak individually.

Writing to us

Our postal address is Millbank Gardens Primary Academy, Erasmus Street, London SW1P 4HR. Alternatively, our email address is enquiries@millbankgardens.futureacademies.org. We respond to all emails within one school day during term-time and within one week during the holidays – although we aim to be much faster than that!

Telephoning us

Our telephone number is 020 3262 0068, and we are able to answer telephone calls between 7.45am and 4.30pm from Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, we are not always able to answer telephone calls during school holidays, and e-mail is the best way to contact us during these periods.

Contacting the Principal and SENDCo

Our Principal, Dr Smith, and our SENDCo, Mrs Lloyd, can be contacted by telephoning or emailing the school office.

Contacting our LGB

The Chair of our Local Governing Body, Jonathan Ross, can be contacted by telephoning or emailing the school office.
